Sashi Bhusan Chaini and Lipsa Sethi emerged best shooters in the men and women categories of the 2nd State Shooting Championship, which concluded at Utkal Karate School here today. The three-day championship featured competition in 16 categories. Orissa Rifle Association president Ananga Uday Singh Deo and vice-president C R Deb handed over the trophies at the closing function. The three-day championship was earlier inaugurated at Police Shooting Range, Byree, Jajpur.
